A perfume should be something sutle. Like piped music.
However, some people have this annoying habit of overdoing it. I wonder if they dive into a bottle of perfume before walking out. I got caught in an enclosed area with someone who smelled like a cheap strawberry and had a hard time to keep myself from throwing up.
UGH!
