Chocolate cake...

I like to cook and try out new things. If there is one thing which has eluded me till now is a perfect cake.
I have tried multiple recipies and none ever turned out good even though I followed them meticulously.

So today I decided to do it by instinct, instead of an clinical approach with fancy measuring scales and cups... And guess what? The cakes were purrrrfect. The best I have ever baked. Yum!

What does that teach me? Well, for one, I know I can trust my instincts, without backup data. Also, approach everything with passion and give your 100%, or dont do it at all..
