I love you

This is one of my *most* loved things in life.

There was a time, when I had them 'airlifted' to Bangalore(from Bombay) and had ridden @62 kms, at 02.00AM, just because there was no place in Bangy which makes half decent Vadapavs...

Alvin, Sai - this post is for u buddies.

Life's lessons...

What has Life taught me till now?

Life's taught me that miracles happen.
Life's taught me that miracles don’t happen when you want them to.
Life's taught me that everything changes. There is no 'settle down'.
Life's taught me that friends are not forever. Life takes everyone in different paths, which may or may not cross.
Life's taught me that you should not depend on others for your happiness.
Life's taught me that the rate of new friends coming into your life decreases with increasing age.
Life's taught me that don’t procrastinate. You never know what's coming up next.
Life's taught me that you should take time out for yourself, and do a solo ride atleast once a year.(or whatever takes your fancy)
Life's taught me that there are no free lunches.
Life's taught me that you can force things to happen, but at a price.
Life's taught me that most fears are unfounded.
Life's taught me that things are not what they always seem.
Life's taught me that even though some problem is not visible, it does not mean that its solved.
Life's taught me that there is still a lot to learn.
Life's taught me to learn to trust my instincts.
Life's taught me that I need a faster bike. Age is catching up :-)

Counseling

A friend of mine recently started counseling. That set me thinking on the lines of why some people need 'professional' help, some don't.
But don't we all need an outlet for the pent up stress built up in day-to-day life?

The difference lies in using relationships as pressure valves. You need to have a core group with whom you can talk about anything, to just let out the steam. Bottling it up is just NOT an option.

On an unrelated note, how do I define a friend?
A friend is someone I can talk to, without the fear of being judged.

My first GPS track

Tried out my the GPS tracking for the first time yesterday, and below are the results. The device used was my new XpressMusic 5800.

Locking on to the satellite takes a lot of time. But once its done, well, it works :)

Below are the results...

Nokia Xpressmusic 5800

After waiting for it for a long time, I finally bought the much awaited Nokia Xpressmusic 5800, also commonly referred to as the Tube. I didn't get much time to play around and customize the phone till now.
My first impression of this phone is quite impressive.

Also got an free Sennheiser earphones with it.

Will post a detailed review soon!

Is it worth a fight?

Some things in life are worth fighting for...
Some things in life are not worth picking a fight...

The challenge is in picking which is which...
