Jammu-Manali - DONE!

Given current situation in srinagar, change in route, going to Leh via Manali.
Did Jammu-Pathankot-Mandi-Manali today.
Reached Manali at 7.45pm.
Waiting for tomm :)

Leh 28th

i hv been travelling the last 2 days. not much sleep. and the real
journey is yet to start. cant wait to get on my bike and JUST RIDE...

Had a nice dinner on McDonalds burgers which sumeet popli got for us
at delhi station. Thanx a million sumeet. We owe u one buddy. Btw,
train is 2 hrs late. Plan B activated.

My dream 'once in a lifetime' trip has started.

The bikes are on their way. I will be starting on Friday evening, for Amritsar.

Leh Thoughts

There are two kinds of responses when I tell people that I am going to
Leh on a bike.

One that says, WHAT? ARE U CRAZY?
And the other WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL?

Think about this. I am doing the same thing. Only perceptions are
different.
Isnt this the same with everything in life?

After months of planning and plotting, the day of reckoning is close.
I am going for a trip to the highest motorable road on earth. The mecca of motorcycling - Khardung La.

The route is :
Amritsar - Jammu - Srinagar - Sonmarg - Kargil - Leh - Pangong Tso - Khardung la - Pang - Patseo - Manali - Chandigarh.
